Seaside in Taiwan

Today, our last full day in Taiwan, we went to the end of the MRT line to Danshui. It's on a delta northwest of Taipei and opens out to the ocean. Thousands of others had the same idea and it was at least 90 degrees.

As usual, there was lots of great food and some unusual entertainment. We had fruit juice, donuts, fried eels (we think), honey tea and corn dogs. There were artists, musicians, electronic games, souvenir shops and everything else you can imagine.

We took a boat across the way to Bali where there was a long bike trail and lots of families out along the water.
